What Information Do We Collect?

Member Information You Provide: Discover Baja collects information for the purpose of providing you with a satisfactory user experience on the Website, providing you a personalized experience on our Website based upon your history on the Website, and assisting you in purchasing Experiences and Products listed on the Website (“Products”) from listings created, in cooperation with, or by our partners who provide Products (“Hosts”). This information may include our customers’ (“Members'”) personally identifiable information, including but not limited to, our customer’s name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. If you consider purchasing a Product from Discover Baja for another person or persons (“Guests”), the Company may collect the same information about the Guests to in order to facilitate your Guests’ interactions with us and our Hosts. Following the registration process, we also allow Users the option to opt-out of receiving emails from Discover Baja. Users who opt-in may also remove themselves from emailing lists at any time by following the instructions at the end of any email they received from Discover Baja.
