The 2015 Baja Culinary Fest will take place October 8-11, 2015. This culinary event showcases the regional cuisine, wine and beer of northern Baja. The festival will feature keynote speakers, demo workshops, gourmet dinners and a culinary expo.

There’s a large Opening Night Dinner on October 8 at CECUT that will feature the “Pioneers of Baja California’s Cuisine.” Other special dinners will be held at individual restaurants during the festival.
