Sample Itinerary:
Day 1: Departure from San Diego 7:00am, cross into Mexico at Otay, take Highway 2 through La Rumorosa to Highway 5, lunch at Rosita’s Restaurant on the Malecon in San Felipe, then drive to and check into Hotel Santa Maria Cataviña, free time, dinner & campfire at Catavina.
Day 2: 7am breakfast Catavina, drive to local cave paintings north of Catavina, drive to Guerrero Negro, check in at motel, Tony’s Tacos for lunch, free time, dinner at Mario’s Palapa
Day 3: 7am breakfast, drive to Ojo de Liebre lagoon for 2 hour inner lagoon whale tour, lunch at Tony’s Tacos, break, visit old town Guerrero Negro – old lighthouse – wetlands, special dinner and cooking demonstration at Mario’s
Day 4: Check out of rooms, 7am breakfast, bus tour to outer lagoon with Mario’s through salt plant, 3 hour whale tour outer lagoon with sack lunch, drive to Bahia de Los Angeles, check in Costa del Sol motel, free time, Seafood extravaganza dinner!
Day 5: 7:30am breakfast, boat tour of bay and islands with packed lunch, visit Bahia Natural History Museo, beach day and dinner at Casa Essary
Day 6: depart Bahia de Los Angeles at 8am after breakfast, drive to San Quintin for lunch at Parcela 12 Comedor , drive to Rancho Meling and check-in, free time (hiking or horseback riding), family style dinner
Day 7: 8am breakfast, drive to Parque Nacional, picnic lunch at San Pedro Martir park area, return to Rancho Meling, free time, family style dinner.
Day 8: Depart Meling Ranch at 8am after breakfast, lunch & wine tasting at Villa Marina Restaurante Ensenada, cross border in Tecate, drive to Clairemont Mesa house.

Clients will be asked to provide results from a recent COVID test or rapid tests will be available for clients before leaving. Masks and disinfectant will be provided. Full credit for a future tour will be given on all tours cancelled by COVID 19 restrictions and closures.
