FMM tourist permit visa baja mexicoFMM Tourist Permits for January

Often FMM tourist permits change at the beginning of the calendar year—either the form or the price.  If you are crossing the border before January 1st, Discover Baja can still issue the prepaid FMMs. Discover Baja will not issue the prepaid FMMs for crossings in the first few days of January until we are aware of any new changes in the paperwork or cost.  Call us at 800-727-2252 for details.

 

Toll Road Price Increase

The tolls for the toll road between Tijuana and Ensenada have recently increased. The tolls at Playas de Tijuana and Rosarito have increased to $32 pesos for autos (previously $31 pesos), and the toll in San Miguel has increased to $34 pesos (previously $31 pesos).

 

Todos Santos Music Festival Canceled for 2017

The annual Todos Santos music festival has been canceled for 2017. There are still plenty of great reasons to go to Todos Santos like the The Open Studio Tour in February and the sea turtle hatchling releases.
